call for proposals

We’re currently accepting calls for proposals for workshops or panels.

Please fill out the following form for each craft seminar, panel, or other offering you would like to propose for just femme + dandy. Keep in mind that just femme + dandy is a queer fashion and literary magazine, so we expect all instructors to identify as LGBTQ+ and/or genderfluid, non-binary, etc., but we will not ask you to verify this. Additionally, given that we're focused on LGBTQ+ fashion, we will be considering how your class proposal aligns with our mission, readership, and interests of our communities. Feel free to think beyond the obvious in terms of "fashion," but the idea of fashion is one that should be at the forefront of your class design.

The just femme + dandy Fashion Fest runs January 8-15, 2027 (dependent on instructor availability, proposal submissions, and enrollment), completely virtual with live-streamed panels, but we are also taking rolling proposals for classes or panels throughout the year.
